About Anuj

My goal is to help others find and consciously live the best version of themselves. Today, we are more connected to each other than ever via our technology and media, but often so disconnected from being self-aware and truly in touch with who we are, what we want in life, and how we want to live.

I'm a Certified Professional Coach, trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). iPEC is one of the top coaching programs in the world and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In my coaching, I use iPEC’s research-backed and proprietary Core Energy Coaching™ methodology. As an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I work with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, professional athletes across sports, and leaders from all walks of life develop their leadership skills through greater self-awareness and personal growth to reach their goals in a more impactful and sustainable way.

What is coaching? Coaching is a question-based approach to personal and professional development that is aimed at creating awareness, generating action, and facilitating learning and growth.

I believe that we are all experts in our own lives. As such, my coaching is not based on giving you answers, or telling you what course of action is best for you. My focus is deeply listening to you: your thoughts, feelings, and journey and helping support you in being the best version of you.

Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment and DEBRIEF Session

The Energy Leadership™ Index, mapped through the 7 levels of energy, is an incredibly unique assessment for gaining valuable insights into how one is showing and what’s holding one back. With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their thinking, attitudes, and worldview and really “transform who they are.

The ELI session includes:

  • 1 proprietary, research-backed Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment (group assessments/debriefs available upon request)

  • Detailed 11 page assessment results

  • 90 minute personal 1 on 1 debrief with Anuj 

  • Occasional email support post debrief for questions as needed

  • Option to complete the ELI assessment with 360° feedback (known as the ELI-360)
