Welcome! So you want to know a little about me…. Well here goes:

I was born and raised in New York and New Jersey, USA. As a child, I grew up around monks. Yes, MONKS is correct! I grew up in the ancient bhakti yoga tradition, my parents would often have monks stay with us during their travels through the United States, among the tons of other guests that would often frequent our home. In fact, when I was 17, I ended up traveling with a monk for two weeks across the US.

This sort of upbringing changed my life. The wisdom, lifestyle, teachings, mindsets and inner clarity of the spiritual teachers I grew up with (and am still in touch with today), guides my life in an incredibly profound way. Philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, and wisdom are the rock bed of what I do. Particularly, I learned deeply the power of heart-centered leadership and servant leadership, which is based on the values of compassion, empathy, humility, vulnerablity, curiosity, and courage. In a world that can unconsciously or consciously breed disconnection, greed, exploitation, this style of leadership is a complete 180 degree shift and a revolution in consciousness.

I am an alumni of the Business School at Rutgers University, and a MBA candidate from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Upon graduating from Rutgers, I started working at Bank of America within their Corporate Audit division. However, I just loved being around people and helping them grow.

I started to internalize the fact that this is how I wanted to serve the world: To help people be the best version of themselves by becoming more aware and emotionally intelligent! I noticed how we are more connected to each other than ever via our technology and media, but often so disconnected from being self-aware and truly in touch with who we are and what we want in life. My goal is to help others live the best version of their inner leader.

Several years ago, I transitioned from my role at Bank of America and began to serve as a leadership development consultant at the company, where our team helped serve our Technology and Operations Executives as they pushed forward digital transformation, automation, robotics, while managing their people needs such as simplifying the organization, succession/talent planning, and executive assessments. I also had the opportunity to co-facilitate several workshops for the company for the technology division’s flagship risk training program.

But I wanted to work with people more directly. My childhood dream was of always being an entrepreneur. That brings to me today:

I'm a Certified Professional Coach, and trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I've trained, coached, and consulting with dozens and dozens of Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and start ups - including some of the largest brands in the world (Google, Meta, Fidelity, Schwab, to name a few). I work with entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, and leaders from all walks of life develop their leadership skills through self-awareness and personal growth reach their goals in a more impactful, fulfilling and sustainable way.
